Documentary Policy

Servicios y Gestión Izabra (hereinafter, Izabra), with registered office in London, (UK), sets forth in this section the Document Policy that the user can provide when using our IntraStar application.

Izabra’s Documentary Policy is governed by compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (RGPD) and the Law on Services of the Information Society and Commerce.

USE AND TREATMENT OF DOCUMENTS

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD) updated under the new GDPR, Izabra informs you that the data provided through the use of the application IntraStar, will not be stored by Izabra Gestión on its servers or management applications.

In those cases where it is necessary to send an email with documentation related to data of any kind, Izabra Gestión will proceed to delete it once the necessary management object of said documentary contribution has been completed.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT BEFORE THE DOCUMENTARY CONTRIBUTION.

The client undertakes at the time of sending any document, whether or not requested by Izabra Gestión and which is consequently necessary for the execution of any request made by the client, that said documentation is true and legitimate and that in the event of containing information or data of an identifying, personal or economic nature, has made the necessary arrangements with third parties for the acceptance of the supply of said documentation.

The client assumes full responsibility for the documentation and content sent to Izabra Gestión via IntraStar or under any communication made via email or instant messaging.

RESPONSIBILITY OF IZABRA GESTIÓN REGARDING THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT.

Izabra Gestión, in its capacity as a professional office, makes available to the client all the technological and digital means necessary for the correct execution of the requests that can be made through the IntraStar application, notwithstanding and in compliance with current legislation, Izabra Gestión includes a sophisticated data reading and recognition system called «OCR IA», which is capable of determining the veracity and alteration of any document sent by the client through the application in the different types of existing files.

Once the management requested by the client has been executed, in which the contribution of any identification, personal and/or economic document or any other type of document regardless of its content has been necessary, it will be eliminated by the automatic deletion system of the application. , not keeping any copy of the document, due to this, we strongly request the custody of the documentation that has been supplied through IntraStar to Izabra Gestión, since in case of lack of custody by the client, Izabra Gestión will not be able to supply and/or recover a deleted document.

ACTIONS BY IZABRA MANAGEMENT REGARDING THE DOCUMENTARY CONTRIBUTION BY THE CLIENT.

Servicios y Gestión Izabra, will carry out as many actions as are contemplated by law, in order to verify the documentation provided by the client, in this sense, if the technological means detect an alteration in any document provided or the different verification filters generate alarms of authenticity, Izabra Gestión will be empowered to request clarification from the client and test sample that proves the veracity of the documentation provided, at the same time it will be empowered in its capacity as a professional firm to notify the competent authorities in the matter of the alteration and/or or manipulation of a document supplied by the client, in this case the documentation will be stored by the legal service of Izabra Gestión, for the execution of the corresponding legal actions.

In the case of documentary contribution, which could generate a fiscal and/or personal benefit to the client that provides said documentation and that the detection systems have not been able to determine any alteration of the document and this serves for an incorrect and/or illegal execution, Services and Gestión Izabra, does not assume under any circumstances any responsibility in such circumstances, nor does it assume responsibility for the measures that could be carried out before any public administration due to subsequent verifications, in the same way, it will not assume any responsibility for any legal action and/or economic sanction that could result from the incorporation of any document altered by the client and sent to Izabra Management.

Although we try to minimize any illegal documentary action through the application of the latest technologies, this, unfortunately, cannot be 100% guaranteed, due to this, Servicios y Gestión Izabra or any of its affiliates, does not assume any responsibility in the terms described in the previous paragraph, being exclusively responsible the issuer of the documentary transmission.

The client accepts at all times with the use of the IntraStar application or the documentary submission via email or instant messaging these conditions on our Document Policy and a link to these conditions will be incorporated in the sections and communications in which their acceptance is necessary and knowledge.
